How do I report an inappropriate/abusive message?
Inappropriate and abusive content and messages are in direct breach of our terms and conditions and we take any reports of this happening very seriously. Please contact us immediately on immersive@iuk.ktn-uk.org so that we can take appropriate action.
Can I block someone from contacting me?
Yes you can. If you go to your settings, you can select people you want to block in the preferences section.
Who do I contact if I have any issues with my profile?
Please contact us on immersive@iuk.ktn-uk.org so that we can address any issues you may be experiencing.
Can I join as a member, but not have my profile/contact details on the website?
You must complete some information about yourself and your business to become a member of the Immersive Technology Network, but many resources and information are available on our public facing sections of the website, without having to be a member.
How do I become a member?
It couldn’t be simpler to become a member – it takes a couple of minutes to set up your profile. Click on the Join button on the homepage to get signing up.
How do I change my profile?
Want to add a new organisation or skill? You can amend your profile at any time by simply clicking on the Edit Profile section which you can find under the My Account section in the top right hand corner of your screen.
