The London Business Hub’s Investment Readiness Programme helps to guide early-stage founders, especially from underrepresented groups, on how to access external finance.

Developed and delivered by financial experts, The London Investment Readiness programme guides early-stage business leaders through a step-by-step process, providing insights, information, introductions and opportunities to help get the best out of the business in these early stages.

Who is the Investment Readiness Programme for?

The programme is for early-stage businesses based in one of London’s 33 local authority areas. If your company just getting set up, or has been in business for a short time but has yet to make any commercial sales, and you’re looking to find investment – this programme is for you.

What does the programme cover?

The Investment Readiness Programme covers the how-to’s and the dos-and-don’ts of finding investment. This includes important aspects of the process like accessing equity and loan financing, getting the best out of accelerator programmes, approaching venture capitalists and business angels, avoiding common pitfalls and – of course – referrals to investors.

When does it happen?

London Business Hub will be running a workshop every month for 10 months, starting from August 2020.
