Our scope was to create an immersive event with a holographic style screen. The event used five industrial-grade LCD projectors linked to a single source.
The bar-mounted front projector carried the main content screen project with a supplementary pair of projectors mounted on the balcony projected behind the screen.
Projectors four and five were mounted half-way down the balcony projecting to the ceiling.
The 12mx 8m specialised holographic projection screen was specifically sourced for the event.
The live presentation was managed in specialist projection queing software. To allow speakers flexibility on their timing the graphics were extended or looped
