2025 Innovate UK Immersive Tech Awards Reception
- Date & time: 2 June 5.00pm-9:00pm in London at the Minster Building
- Private Showcase for judges and internship partners 4:00pm-5:00pm – judges in attendance will cast their vote for the Career Breakout winner
- Showcase set up 12:30pm-3:30pm

We recommend you bring a friend (or two maximum) to help with your showcase demo. Please RSVP their names via the Awards Finalist link and let our team know who you’re bringing.

- Headshot(s)
- Bio(s)
- Preferred pronouns
- A recap of the kit you will be using for your demo & the space required (2x2M general spec to be tailored once you advise). Screen (on wheels) with HDMI cable, table, chair will be provided by the venue.
